David S. Wyatt

Longtime entertainment, sports, business and real estate attorney in his native Greenville, SC. David founded the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame in 2012, and is the President of Wyatt Sports & Entertainment Marketing that provides negotiation, event management and entertainment marketing for athletes, coaches, entertainers and businesses. Mr. Wyatt helps clients maximize their opportunities and limit their exposure and risk with his extensive knowledge gleaned through experience. He is as an adjunct professor of Sports and Entertainment Law at the USC School of Law. David has dedicated his life to the mentoring and development of our youth and community. David is married to Anne, and has two daughters, Gibson and Virginia.
Michael S. Foster
Vice-President of Operations and Community Programs
B.S. Cornerstone University
Native of Michigan, Mr. Foster has been a resident of Liberty, SC since 2008. He has been associated with Wyatt Sports & Entertainment Marketing and the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame since 2012 as an independent contractor and full-time operations manager. Mr. Foster has a degree in Sports Business Management with an extensive background in operations and sports management. This experience has allowed him to have his hands in running all day-to-day operations of the organization for the past 8-plus years. Michael has a passion for the game of football and for helping young people reach their ultimate success. He has been married to his wife, Jody for 14 years.


L. Levon Kirkland
Vice-President of Development
B.S. Clemson
Clemson 2x All-American linebacker from Lamar, SC, and 11-year NFL veteran with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, and Philadelphia Eagles. In his NFL career he was a 2x Pro-Bowler, 2x All-Pro, and named to the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team. After his playing days, Levon coached at the high school, college, and NFL levels. He also spent some time in Clemson Admission's office as a recruiter for diverse students. In 2019, Levon was inducted into Clemson’s Ring of Honor, which is the highest recognition for a student athlete at the University. Levon is a 2017 Inductee of the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame and was hired as the Vice President of Development in 2019. Levon is a proud father of son Jack, and daughter Kennedy. He is dedicated to educating, empowering, and encouraging our South Carolina students.
Anne Wyatt
Marketing/Branding
B.S. University of South Carolina/M.B.A The Citadel
Anne has over 25 years of marketing, branding, and sales experience in the non-profit and public sectors. During her career she has served as the Assistant Director for the Humanities Foundation, a Charleston based non-profit, and owner of Utopia Marketing. Utopia marketing is a full-service marketing agency. In 2019, Anne joined Wyatt Law and Wyatt Sports & Entertainment Marketing. She currently assists in the SCFHOF’s marketing planning and endeavors. She is married to David, and the mother of two daughters, Gibson and Virginia.

Bryan Tankersley
Played football at Wofford College for the legendary Coach Ayers. His media production companies have produced content for Fortune 100 companies to feature films. As a Board Member since 2014 he enjoys the mission and being able to get to know the greats of the game.

Danny Nicholson
After 33 years working in higher education development, he became the President of Connie Maxwell Children’s Home in Greenwood in 2017. Dr. Nicholson has been on our Board since 2014.

Drake Curry
Accountant for over 40 years including the last 22-plus years as President of Curry PA. Drake is committed to helping students in South Carolina succeed. He has served on our Board since 2017.

Jennifer Solesbee
Chief Financial Officer at Vital Care EMS for nearly 12 years. Her along with Vital Care’s owner Coach Dave Roberts have been a supporter of the organization and its mission since 2014.

Jim Rohrer
Nearly 35 years in the banking and financial sector. Currently the Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at TD Bank. He has served on our Board since 2019.
Will Huss
President and CEO of Trehel Corporation since 2007. Will has dedicated himself to giving back to the community in which he lives. He has served on our Board since 2015.
