David S. Wyatt

Board Chairman and President

Wyatt Law, P.A./ WSE / B.S. Clemson University/ J.D. USC School of Law

Longtime sports, entertainment, business and litigation attorney and executive in his native Greenville, SC. David founded the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame in 2012 and is the Owner and President of Wyatt Law and WSE, a premiere sports and entertainment company. Mr. Wyatt works with coaches, entertainers, athletes, businesses, and other leader to maximize their opportunities and limit their exposure and risk. He has worked with and represented the best and so recognizing the best in South Carolina and helping lead the leaders to solve our student preparation issue in South Carolina was a natural (#SCTop10N2030). Mr. Wyatt has been an adjunct professor of Sports and Entertainment Law at the USC School of Law for over 10 years. He has dedicated his life to the development of the South Carolina community! David and his wife Anne have two daughters, Gibson, and Virginia.

Michael S. Foster

Vice-President of Operations and Community Programs

B.S. Cornerstone University

Native of Michigan, Mr. Foster has been a resident of Liberty, SC since 2008. He has been associated with Wyatt Sports & Entertainment Marketing and the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame since 2012 as an independent contractor and full-time operations manager. Mr. Foster has a degree in Sports Business Management with an extensive background in operations and sports management. This experience has allowed him to have his hands in running all day-to-day operations of the organization for the past 10-plus years. Michael has a passion for the game of football and for helping young people reach their ultimate success. He has been married to his wife, Jody, for 18 years.

Anne Wyatt

Marketing/Branding

B.S. University of South Carolina/M.B.A The Citadel

Anne has over 25 years of marketing, branding, and sales experience in the non-profit and public sectors. During her career she has served as the Assistant Director for the Humanities Foundation, a Charleston based non-profit, and owner of Utopia Marketing. Utopia marketing is a full-service marketing agency. In 2019, Anne joined Wyatt Law and Wyatt Sports & Entertainment Marketing. She currently assists in the SCFHOF’s marketing planning and endeavors. She is married to David, and the mother of two daughters, Gibson and Virginia.

Lisa Nason

Nason Accounting

Managing Shareholder in Nason Accounting, LLC, in Greenville. She specializes in tax compliance and tax consulting services primarily to small and mid-sized businesses, as well as individuals, including professional athletes and entertainers. She is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelors degree in Management and a Masters degree in Accounting, specializing in taxation. Lisa and her family have served this community for many years, and has been an integral part of the growth of the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame before joining the SCFHOF Board of Directors in 2024.

Rodney Neely

The Crowd Managment Group

Mr. Neely has a 10-year law enforcement background, that he turned into his own security business, The Crowd Management Group. He has had the distinct responsibility of managing security for the BMW Charity Pro Am, Greenville Convention Center, and the Miss America Organization among others, including personal security for celebrities, athletes, and politicians. He has also coordinated security at Clemson's Memorial Stadium, and Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. Rodney has over 30 year's experience in the security and crowd management industry. Mr. Neely has provided security for SCFHOF events since the beginning of the organization in 2012 and joined the Board of Directors in 2025.

David Robertson

Director of Sales- Hartness

David brings a 27-year career in luxury real estate to Hartness, preceded by his work in the golf industry—first as a PGA Tour caddy, then as a professional player. Originally from Florence, SC, and a graduate from the University of South Carolina, David distinguished himself as a top sales executive and managing roles in reputable communities like The Cliffs Communities, Bray’s Island, and Bear Lake Reserve before becoming Director of Sales at Hartness. He has been involved with the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame and related projects since its beginning and accepted an appointment as a Board Member in 2025.

Bryan Tankersley

Prominence Media

Played football at Wofford College for the legendary Coach Ayers. His media production companies have produced content for Fortune 100 companies to feature films and educational video content. As a Board Member since 2014 he enjoys the mission and being able to get to know the greats of the game.He is currently the media producer for SCFHOF Enshrinement events and the upcoming SCFHOF Leadership Minute Program, that is being developed for elementary school aged children throughout South Carolina.
